We are seeking a dynamic and professional individual to join our Student Services Team as a Student Experience Coordinator (evenings) at Plumpton College.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to participate fully as a member of the Student Services team, with a focus on ensuring that the residential student experience is maximised.
The role requires a hands-on approach to ensure that the College site is safe and secure, and to play a major role in the enrichment, logistical, support, and administrative aspects of student life at the college.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives to enhance student engagement and well-being
- Work closely with colleagues to provide a high-quality service to students, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Collaborate with staff across the college to promote a culture of inclusivity, respect, and support
