As a Building Repairs Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of surveyors and apprentices, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of building repairs and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will manage a team of surveyors and apprentices, ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to deliver high-quality results.
  • You will oversee the implementation of building repairs and maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • You will investigate and resolve customer complaints and disrepair claims, working closely with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.

The estimated salary for this position is £27 per hour on a 6-9 month contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in team leadership and project management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
