About the Role
As a Customer Delivery Driver at Tesco, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Your role will involve:

Delivering customer shopping trips by ensuring the van and trays are clean and tidy, loading the van as required, and checking the van for roadworthiness.

Talking to customers about any changes to their order, including short code items and substitutions, and offering a refund for any items they are unhappy with.

Taking care of products and deliveries as if they were your own, explaining to customers that they will not be charged any more for substitutions, and delivering during the customers' time slot.

Building relationships with colleagues to create a team spirit and working together to ensure our store is the best it can be for customers.

You will need:
  • Warm and welcoming interactions with customers and colleagues, taking time to understand the customer and say 'Thank you.'
  • A valid UK/EU/EEA driving license (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
