Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Finance Administrator to join our team at PIB Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the finance aspects of our business, including invoicing, reconciliation, credit control, and allocations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and apply cheques/BACS received to correct accounts on a daily basis.
  • Own and manage the Credit Control function for specified brands.
  • Check refunds for accuracy and correct authorisation before processing.
  • Process all outgoing client cheques for claims, refunds, commissions, and ad-hoc payments.
  • Process the ADDACS/ARRUD/AUDDIS advices as received.
  • Process and control the credit note process in accordance with guidelines.
  • Process all agent price deals in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Play part in answering the finance telephone line, answering queries, and taking payments.
  • Be responsible for the finance email inbox, complying with an SLA of 48 hours from receipt.
  • Update the finance system with information on a daily/weekly basis as required.
  • Download and code daily bank statements for specified brands.
  • Reconciliation of accounts.
  • Additional credit control, manual invoicing, manual receipts, and purchase ledger.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in a finance department with exposure to credit control.
  • Good IT skills to include Excel, Word, Outlook, and accounting systems.
  • AAT part qualified (Desirable).
