Key Responsibilities:
  • Raise accurate Sales Invoices and forward to clients in accordance with their specific requirements.
  • Meticulously check billing plans and correct errors to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Manage credit control responsibilities for a group of clients, maintaining strong relationships and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Liaise with the Media team to reconcile Digital monthly spends to purchase orders, ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Support the accounts team with accurately processing Cost of Sales invoices in Synergist, ensuring alignment with purchase orders/serial numbers.
  • Process Overhead invoices on Sage, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support pays runs and expenses processing, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Conduct regular housekeeping on ledgers to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Support the Accounts team with account queries, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist with general accounts tasks, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Previous credit control experience, with a strong understanding of financial operations and regulations.
  • AAT Level 3 or equivalent, with a strong grasp of double-entry bookkeeping principles.
  • Proficiency in working within a fast-paced accounts environment, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly experienced in SAGE 50 software, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.
  • Familiarity with GDPR regulations and relevant legislation, with a strong commitment to data protection and compliance.
What We Offer:

A basic salary of £27,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
