About the Role:

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing one of our stores, identifying and harnessing new retail opportunities, leading and developing a talented team, and creating a culture of high-performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and capitalize on new retail opportunities
  • Lead, engage, and develop a knowledgeable team of people
  • Establish a culture of high-performance focusing on fiscal and behavioral KPIs
  • Create and manage a welcoming, customer-focused environment
  • Collaborate with Regional Managers to create long-term succession strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven inspirational leadership track record
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams to strong commercial results, including customer service measures
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Experience building great relationships with stakeholders, sharing knowledge, and collaborating with others
  • Established coaching and development skills
  • Ability to set and carry out long-term plans
