As a swim teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and supportive lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

• 
  
• To teach swimming to children and/or adults as part of our swimming lesson program, according to your qualification, training, and experience.
  
• To communicate with parents/guardians concerning their child's development and advise on their progression through the program.
  
• To assist in supervising customers in the swimming pool and surroundings, ensuring their safety and discipline.
  
• Excellent communication skills with a genuine desire to work closely with customers.
  
• An ability to deal with children and their parents.
  
• Level 2 swimming teaching qualification.
  
• DBS check.
