Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative data tools to analyze climate and ESG risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Support the ESG Council's Data & Technology Working Group, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives and goals.
  • Monitor and share ESG data-related market, regulatory, and thematic developments, staying ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving landscape.
  • Assist with ESG data queries and discrete projects, such as marketing collateral, to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Help develop affiliate-level ESG KPIs, promoting a culture of accountability and performance measurement.
Required Skills
  • Strong interest in ESG climate topics and practical solutions for investors, with a passion for driving positive change.
  • Advanced data manipulation and Excel skills, with experience in data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Tableau.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, and well-organized, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
