Job Overview

The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Band 7 Ward Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the nursing team on Neuro Rehab Centre. With 14 Neuro Rehab beds, this challenging yet rewarding position requires an individual who can think critically, problem-solve, and effectively manage change.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to patients with complex neurological needs. Working closely with our Neuro Clinicians and allied healthcare professionals, you will ensure that every patient receives dignified and compassionate care. Your leadership skills will be essential in motivating staff, improving patient outcomes, and promoting a positive work environment.

We offer an excellent package including a competitive salary range of £83,900 - £105,760 per annum, depending on experience.
