Culinary Master

We are seeking an ambitious Culinary Master to create exceptional food experiences for Compass UK & Ireland on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. Key responsibilities include preparing and serving high-quality food, overseeing menu changes, and identifying opportunities to improve our food services.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about great-tasting food, hold a City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent, and have experience supervising a team. We strive to build a culture that respects and celebrates the unique talents, beliefs, backgrounds, and abilities of all our team members.

A key aspect of this role is listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services. Additionally, supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts, representing Eurest, and maintaining a positive brand image are essential responsibilities.

This position requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent.
