About the Role

Glasgow Branch is a key point of contact for individual customers to access their financial services. As a Junior Assistant - Mandarin Speaking, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service while ensuring all regulatory obligations are met. You will also support the Branch in achieving its targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new account applications, closure of accounts, and change of customer information
  • Handle customer enquiries and maintain relationships
  • Cross-sell relevant products and services
  • Assist with Customer Due Diligence reviews
  • Manage cash and non-cash transactions
  • Produce daily overdraft reports
  • Ensure all activities meet Bank policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Degree educated in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry with a proven track record
  • Relevant professional qualification
  • Good knowledge of Retail Banking procedures
  • Customer service experience
  • Good MS Excel skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills
