OT Cyber Security Specialist

We are seeking an experienced OT Cyber Security Engineer to join our client's innovative team in the controls and automation industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Enhance PRISMIC control software to ensure compliance with cyber security standards for Windows & QNX platforms.
- Develop best practice procedures, checklists, and implement security standards for control systems.
- Implement secure network protocols such as SSL/TLS, HTTPS, SSH, SFTP, and secure industrial protocols for PRISMIC control systems.
- Conduct and maintain ongoing threat analysis and risk assessment processes to proactively identify and mitigate potential security risks for PRISMIC systems.
- Ensure high standards of software quality control using GitLab.
- Support project execution by preparing and reviewing technical specifications and providing applications engineering expertise for control system projects based on workload and priority.
- Actively participate in cross-functional activities, such as customer meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and project reviews.
- Experience in Cyber Security implementation within control systems (including risk assessment, encryption, password protection, security protocols, and IEC/international standards).
- Proficiency in interpreting customer/cyber security standards requirements, network topology to create compliant solutions.
- Strong C++ programming experience.
- Knowledge of software-based microsystems/control and communication systems including Modbus, TCP-IP Ethernet, and network communications and its redundancy.
- Understanding of automation and control system cybersecurity standards such as IEC62443.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as QNX, Linux, and Windows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A bachelor's degree in software, controls, or electrical engineering, or equivalent.
