Senior Companion

We are seeking a warm and caring Senior Companion to join our team at Radfield Home Care Croydon & Sutton. As a senior member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our clients in their own homes or designated settings.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• To provide personalized care and support to clients in their own homes or designated settings.
• To establish strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and effective service delivery.
• To work collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
