Your Role

As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of cleanliness in our client's premises.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Undertake all training required to deliver the cleaning role effectively.">
  • Work as part of a team and under their own initiative where necessary.">
  • Adhere to Mitie's Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.">
  • Maintain the designated area to an agreed level of cleanliness, carrying out daily, weekly and periodic tasks as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor.">
  • Ensure the service is delivered effectively and efficiently to a high standard.">
  • Report any maintenance requirements identified during cleaning tasks.">
  • Always maintain security by locking doors and following lost property procedures.">
  • Have a full knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, including the agreed work specification and time allocated to facilities.">
  • Set a good example in terms of dress, behaviour, punctuality and attendance.">
  • Ensure all Safeguarding Policies are always adhered to and raise any concerns in line with the Mitie policy.">
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.">
  • Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.">

Requirements

  • Cleaning experience is preferred but training can be provided.">
  • You must be reliable, hardworking and have a professional attitude.">
  • You should be able to work to a schedule and as part of a team.">
  • You will be capable of working to your own initiative where necessary.">

  • You should strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.">
