About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Transition Specialist to support our efforts in driving strategic improvements across the Global Sherwin Business Service organization. This role will involve reviewing and due diligence of potential projects, working with delivery teams to develop project plans, complete required documentation, and knowledge transfer plans to transition work.

The ideal candidate will have experience of transition and change management in a global finance environment, implementing process change across large-scale ERP systems, and working with complex processes and cross-functional teams.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with SBS Transition and Delivery teams globally to support the delivery of large-scale change programmes.
  • Ensure robust governance and working practices to manage change are documented and complied with.
  • Develop Knowledge Transfer plans to deliver change, set expectations, and manage risks.
Requirements
  • Degree in finance or business-related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Able to manage change and re-engineer processes.
