Lead a Dynamic Team in Residential Lettings

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our Property Management Team in Blundells. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic and motivated team to deliver exceptional customer service to our landlord and tenant customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team to achieve individual, team, and company goals.
  • Assist with training, development, and coaching of Property Managers to ensure great results.
  • Monitor customer service Key Performance Indicators and provide support to colleagues.
  • Oversee maintenance works, end of tenancy deposits, safety certification, and compliance.
  • Use your lettings knowledge and experience to assist colleagues with daily queries and complex letting situations.
  • Manage a small portfolio of properties.
About You:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in residential lettings or 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good at building and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Effective in time management and managing expectations.
  • Naturally robust with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
