**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our Pre-Production department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for manufacturing and converting components using general welding and fabrication tools and techniques.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Complete and adhere to departmental induction instructions, complete minimum safety training documentation, and practical assessments as required by the company.
  • Carry out all work in accordance with relevant safe systems of work.
  • Attend all additional training as required, including updating appropriate coding certification when necessary.
  • Adhere to job cards and complete all work in accordance with information provided, paying attention to the order of work and the time allowed.
  • Strive to complete all work in accordance with standard allowed times and report any delays to supervisor.
  • Report any faulty or broken components to supervisor immediately.
  • Comply with quality control systems, methods, and documentation and maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.

**Requirements**

To be effective in this role, you will be a time-served or qualified Welder with M.I.G. experience and proficient in the use of measuring equipment. Experience of T.I.G., welding stainless steel, and aluminium, and operating a press brake would be advantageous but is not essential.
