We are seeking an experienced Senior Residential Childcare Specialist to join our team at Cherry Blossom, a solo home providing crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience in a children's residential care home, with a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for promoting equal opportunities for all young people, challenging any behaviour or practice that discriminates against them, and working towards achieving their best outcomes through bespoke residential care, education, and activity-led services.

Key Responsibilities
