Construction Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Lead to manage large-scale lift installation and modernisation projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit family run business, where you'll take responsibility for managing a variety of lift projects across both commercial and residential sectors.
The Role:
As a Construction Project Lead, you will be responsible for managing project lifecycles from planning to financial completion. You will coordinate subcontractors and site teams, ensuring efficient resource use, maintain project timelines and budgets, taking corrective actions when needed, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards on all sites.
What We Offer:
An estimated salary range of £50,000-£55,000 per annum, plus company benefits, a company car, performance bonus, and opportunities for progression. If you have a background in construction, knowledge of site safety, and risk assessment/management, we would like to hear from you.
