SRG Laboratory Analyst Position

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Support Technologist to join our team at SRG, based in Worcestershire. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a technical role or degree in a science-related subject.

  • Perform laboratory testing and commissioning of tests, adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the development and improvement of existing products, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with strategic partners to develop new products, leveraging industry expertise and market knowledge.
  • Communicate effectively with Services Manager to ensure smooth project delivery, aligning with business goals.
  • Coordinate external testing, including physical, installation, and analytical testing, to validate product performance and reliability.
  • Attend NPD project meetings and participate in product benchmarking activities, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
Key Qualifications
  • Recent experience in a technical role or degree in a science-related subject, demonstrating expertise and knowledge.
  • Experience working in a laboratory at university or industry, applying theoretical concepts to real-world problems.
  • Minimum 3 'A' levels or equivalent qualifications, showcasing academic achievement and potential for growth.

The estimated salary for this position is £38,500 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
