About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Engineer/NIR Specialist to join our Imaging Physics and Clinical Engineering teams at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide scientific and technical support to service users, including non-ionising radiation advice and safety management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve the safety of medical devices across the Trust.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of quality, radiation assurance, governance, and incident management processes.
  • Assist with the management and business-related tasks to support the running of the departments and delivery of services to our customers.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as a Clinical Scientist.
  • Full driving license for manual cars.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a scientific environment and provide support for quality, radiation assurance, governance, and incident management.
