  • You will work closely with other nurses to ensure that safe and effective clinical decisions are made, promoting person-centred care and independence.
  • Your involvement in creating and reviewing care plans will be key to successful delivery of outstanding care.
  • You will engage in meaningful activities with residents, promoting dignity and respect while always prioritising their well-being.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary up to £59,155 per annum (£23.70 per hour)
