  • Coordinate with external partners, including agencies, freelancers, and influencers, to support digital marketing efforts.
  • Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, and in-store channels to support key sales periods.
  • Track and report on campaign performance.
  • Work with retailers and distributors on collaborative marketing efforts.
  • Oversee and manage the marketing budget.
  • Monitor marketing expenses, providing monthly financial reports and adjusting plans as necessary to stay within budget.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between marketing, product development, and sales teams.
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of Marketing experience in a marketing role, ideally within FMCG.
  • Demonstrated success in launching products and executing effective marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with NPD and Sales teams to achieve business goals.
  • Strong skills in communication, leadership, and project management.
  • Expertise with digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and Google Analytics.
  • Innovative thinker with a keen eye for market trends and opportunities.
  • Marketing budget management experience.
  • Desirable: Degree qualified in a related field, knowledge of the manufacturing industry, and demonstrable experience working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple deadlines.
