About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Professional to join our team as a Prosecution and Regulatory Lawyer. As a key member of our legal services team, you will play a vital role in advising on prosecution and regulatory matters across the Council.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on and manage complex matters advising on prosecution and regulatory matters across the Council.
  • Provide significant input to the development and implementation of our legal compliance policies and procedures.
  • Supervise junior members of the team in their roles.
  • Build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A strong track record of success in a senior legal role.
  • Extensive knowledge of prosecutions and licensing law and procedures.
  • Strong people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
