About the Role:

The Essential Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional treatments (including Facial treatments & Deep Tissue Massages) and 5* client care to all our guests, in line with both Corinthia London and ESPA brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional treatments and 5* client care to all guests
• Ensure aftercare recommendations are made at the end of every treatment, linked with client concerns
• Offer to prepare products at reception for purchase
• Encourage guests to return to the spa by recommending ongoing treatment programs and cross-selling other business centres in the spa

About You:

• Recognised beauty therapy qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3 / BTEC in Beauty Therapy, CIDESCO etc.)
• Previous experience in a 5* spa environment
• Experienced performing Facial treatments and deep tissue massages
• ESPA training advantageous but not essential (will be provided)
• A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality
• Flexibility to work varied hours
• Good level of written and spoken English
• Exceptional customer care skills
• Empathy for your guests and colleagues
• Ability to work under pressure
• Pride and attention to detail in your work
