We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Relief Extra Care Support Worker to join our Extra Care service in Orpington, London. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care and support to older residents, empowering them to live independently and confidently.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver respectful personal care and administer medication as required
* Foster engaging social activities within and outside the home, promoting residents' physical and mental well-being
* Develop and maintain warm, trusting relationships with service users and their families
* Collaborate with the team to ensure effective care planning and delivery
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
