Space Planning Analyst

Are you a creative and detail-oriented professional with a passion for visual merchandising and space planning? As our Space Planning Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the in-store experience across all our locations.

You will collaborate closely with Retail, B&M, and our Senior Visual Merchandising & Concept Manager to bring new projects and store concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with merchandising and store teams to create effective store layouts based on seasonal visual merchandising (VM) guidance.
  • Analyse sales data and monitor market trends to inform store layout decisions.
  • Compile and distribute seasonal VM guidance to stores.
  • Collaborate with brands to ensure new fixtures and fittings are correctly integrated into store spaces.
  • Attend key events such as conferences, roadshows, and seasonal briefs across the country.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in visual merchandising and space planning.
  • Strong project management, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
