Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Upholstery Supervisor to join our team. As an Upholstery Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the production of high-quality furniture and upholstery products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the production of furniture and upholstery products
- Supervise a team of upholsterers to ensure production targets and deadlines are met
- Perform quality control checks on finished products
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with designers and customers to ensure designs meet their requirements
- Manage stock levels and materials to ensure availability
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in upholstery or furniture production
- Proven track record of supervising a team to meet production targets
- Strong knowledge of upholstery and furniture production processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
