IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused IT Service Support Analyst to join our team at HC-One. As a key member of our Service Desk, you will play a vital role in providing technical IT support and assistance to our staff across the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a wide range of user issues and requests related to IT services, using ticketing systems to process user requests and issues.
- Provide technical support and assistance to staff, using Microsoft Office 365 application Suite and Microsoft Active Directory services.
- Work collaboratively with the IT Service Desk Lead and other Service Support analysts to resolve incidents and service requests.
- Develop and maintain a high level of technical knowledge and expertise in IT services and support.
- Communicate effectively with staff and other stakeholders, using excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- A Level 3 IT Qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years prior experience in a tech support, desktop support, or similar role.
- Experience using ticketing systems and working within an ITIL Framework.
- Proficient in managing Microsoft Office 365 application Suite and Microsoft Active Directory services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
