Cumberland Council is seeking a skilled cook to join their team at Inglewood Residential Home.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and serving meals that meet the nutritional needs of residents with specific dietary requirements. The role requires a commitment to maintaining high kitchen standards, completing paperwork, and adhering to infection control and Environmental Health requirements.
This permanent position involves working 24 hours on bank shifts, with an estimated salary of £12.84 hourly or approximately £24,790 per annum. The role includes a supplement (JWC) to the base grade of the post, conditional on the physical demands and/or working conditions of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
