Blank Space Recruitment is proud to support a leading events production company in their search for a skilled Lighting Technician. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality live events.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lighting Technician to join our client's team. The successful candidate will have a strong lighting bias, with a good understanding of audio and video systems, as well as general power and rigging. The role will involve installation and operation of lighting systems for a wide range of live events, including weddings, corporate events, and high-end private parties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation and operation of lighting systems for live events
  • Delivering high-quality technical solutions to meet client requirements
  • Working collaboratively with the events team to ensure successful event delivery
  • Maintaining a high level of technical knowledge and staying up-to-date with industry developments

Requirements

  • Strong lighting bias with a good understanding of audio and video systems
  • Previous experience with GrandMA, Avolites, or Chamsys lighting systems
  • Valid driving license and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
