This role supports individuals to improve their quality of life and delivers an excellent service in line with the organisation's mission, service goals, values, and associated regulations, guidance, and legislation.

The Night Housing Management team is responsible for the safety of the building and residents during the night. This position is based at Union Terrace in York and provides holistic support for men who have experienced homelessness.

The role includes aspects of health and safety, resident support, and risk management. If you believe you have what it takes to be part of our team as a Resident Safety and Support Specialist, we would love to hear from you.

Full and part-time hours considered.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

Benefits: 25 days annual leave + 2 wellbeing days + birthday day off + 8 bank holidays – pro-rata'd for reduced hours working. Contributory pension scheme. Death in service x2 salary benefit. Access to employee benefit platform. Employee savings plan.
