The Role

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join our team in Leicester. As a key member of our Commercial Litigation department, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters from instruction to completion.
  2. Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
  3. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
About You

To be considered for this role, you will need to be a qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE in Litigation (Civil or Commercial). You will also need to have a strong understanding of the litigation process and proven advocacy skills.
