Candidate Requirements
  • Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within a Key Stage 2 setting.

  • The ability to support both the academic and social development of pupils.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • Proactive, patient, and resilient, with a commitment to creating a positive learning environment.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education or behaviour support (desirable but not essential).
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the teacher in planning and delivering lessons.
  • Assist with the management of pupil behaviour.
  • Provide individual support to pupils as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
