Job Opportunity: We are seeking an exceptional Senior Spatial Planning Expert to join our dynamic team in the North of England. As a key member of our Infrastructure team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end projects and programmes for essential future infrastructure.

We operate across the UK, with a strong presence in London, Birmingham, Epsom, Bristol, Manchester, and Leeds. Our team works directly with various stakeholders, including local authorities, combined authorities, development corporations, and private sector clients. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in strategic and spatial planning work in the UK. You will possess a relevant degree in Town Planning and Chartered membership of the RTPI. Your expertise will enable you to successfully manage multi-disciplinary projects, engage with clients, and drive business development. A competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum reflects the value we place on your skills and experience. Join us in creating a better future for people and our planet.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
  • Undertaking strategic and spatial planning work in the UK, focusing on city regions and urban regeneration.
  • Developing client networks and collaborating with colleagues across our firm to win new business.
  • Managing project inputs from various disciplines, ensuring effective delivery and collaboration.
  • Supporting the provision of strategic and policy planning advice to external and internal clients.
