Job Title: Senior Payroll Executive

Location: London Office

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Executive to join our dynamic team at the UHY Hacker Young Group. As a Senior Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for managing a team of payroll specialists, ensuring that all payrolls are processed accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in payroll management, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team. You will also possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of payroll specialists, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure that all payrolls are processed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and internal policies.
  • Develop and implement new processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Perform other tasks associated with payroll to complete payrolls within agreed deadlines.

  • Estimated salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience).
