Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute paid social advertising campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to create engaging copy, messages, and designs that resonate with our target audience.
  • Ensure campaigns are performance-focused and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in paid social advertising to optimize campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics.
  • Ensure all advertising efforts comply with advertising regulations and codes, including the ASA code.
  • Contribute creative input and drive innovative campaign ideas to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Work closely with our PPC Campaign Manager to integrate strategies and cross-train in PPC.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing paid social advertising campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Meta, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
  • Performance and KPI-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with advertising regulations and codes, including the ASA code.
  • Experience with PPC is a plus.
