Job Summary

The Recruitment Co. is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead our Stores & Logistics team in Bridgwater. This exciting opportunity involves overseeing the inventory control process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of parts to production and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and lead a team of warehouse professionals to achieve high levels of stock accuracy and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline logistics processes and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with 5S standards and HSE regulations in the stores area.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in a similar role or as a team leader/supervisor.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics and analytical skills to drive business improvements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a close-knit team.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and ability to analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Decision-making skills and problem-solving abilities to address complex logistical issues.
What We Offer
