About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join our team at Just Mortgages. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximizing in-branch opportunities and thriving within a challenging yet stimulating environment.
  • Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximize value from each client.
  • Generate your own leads and business.
  • Work in tandem with the Estate Agency team, Admin team, Training and Development team, Compliance team, and Divisional Sales Director to ensure an efficient process for the client.
  • Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end, going above and beyond to provide the highest possible level of customer service.
Requirements
  • Current CeMAP qualification or an industry equivalent qualification.
  • Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential.
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
  • Proof of Address, National Insurance, Full UK Driving Licence, and Passport/Birth Certificate.
What We Offer
  • On-target earnings of £40,000 to £60,000+ per year.
  • Fully uncapped commission scheme.
  • £22,000 - £28,000 Basic salary (dependent on experience).
  • Guaranteed monthly payments whilst building a pipeline, for up to 6 months.

Working Hours
  • This role is full-time on-site.
  • Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00.
  • Alternate Saturdays 09:00 - 17:00.
