This is an exciting opportunity to join a small Warehouse team and drive new strategies across the Warehouse operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all inbound and outbound activities to ensure high standards are met and exceeded.
- Take ownership of housekeeping across the site, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Schedule daily workload and allocate staff to optimize productivity.
- Implement new procedures and standards to improve Warehouse operations.
- Recruit and manage Warehouse team members, including performance reviews.
Requirements:
- Experience in an SME environment managing heavy products.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Able to lead by example and implement change and improvements.
- Experience managing a small team and working in a fast-paced environment.
