About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Specialist to join our team at ecube HQ in St Athan, Wales. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the maintenance of various aircraft types, working closely with our B1 Engineers to ensure safe and compliant maintenance practices.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for aviation maintenance to contribute to the success of our team. As a Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance checks performed on aircraft, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • You will work as part of a team to maintain aircraft serviceability, adhering to established safety guidelines and procedures.
  • You will interpret and apply technical documentation, including AMMs and IPCs, under the guidance of experienced engineers.
  • You will participate in training programs to develop your skills and knowledge, including Part 145 Procedures, HF, EWIS, and FTS.
  • You will work closely with the maintenance manager and other team members to identify and address any non-conformities or potential hazards.
  • You will be required to perform routine tooling inventory checks and support continuous improvement projects to enhance quality and productivity.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career development.
