Head of Property Management

GCB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Head of Property Management to join their busy office in Norwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an individual portfolio of properties and completing all administrative tasks to a high standard, providing outstanding customer service and supporting other colleagues within the property management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an individual portfolio of properties
  • Oversee the team
  • Client liaison
  • Oversee a team of office-based Property Managers
  • Ensure the team meet their KPIs
  • Operate within a given budget
  • Maintain communication with a wide branch network
  • Organise inventories/check-ins
  • Property visits
  • Appointment and monitoring of contractors/organising quotes for repair/maintenance on behalf of landlords and overseeing works
  • Deposits resolution
  • Ensure statute obligations are met
  • Collection of rent
  • Administration of new tenancies and tenancy extensions
  • General office administration includes taking telephone enquiries and responding to emails
Requirements:
  • Previous Property Manager experience essential
  • ARLA qualified desirable
  • Highly organised and a positive work ethic
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Organise and manage your time and workload
  • Computer literate
  • Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Upbeat personality and strong work ethic
What We Offer:
  • Up to £40,000 basic salary
  • Up to £53,000 OTE
