Job Title: Employment and Talent Manager

About the Role:
The CBCX GROUP LTD is seeking an experienced Employment and Talent Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment and talent management strategies to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview coordination.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs within the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the UK.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law, GDPR, and HR best practices.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
