Job Title: Head of Recruitment Support

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head of Recruitment Support to join our team at the Fourteen Group. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients within the portfolio and delivering exceptional operational support within a range of recruitment functions.

We specialise in investing in, and subsequently providing comprehensive support services to a diverse portfolio of start-up companies and smaller businesses within the recruitment sector looking to scale.

About the Role:

You will report directly to our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and work closely with multiple departments within Fourteen to deliver exceptional operational support within a range of recruitment functions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising directly with our clients and Founders within the portfolio to ascertain hiring needs and create job specifications.
  • Working closely with our marketing team to post and market open requirements within the portfolio.
  • Sourcing and communicating with candidates relevant to the open requirements within the portfolio, and providing a supply of candidates for review to the Founders based on their requirements.
  • Assisting with the management of the hiring workflow process, arranging interviews and follow-ups with candidates.
  • Working with our HR team to draft and issue offer paperwork.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing and resolving issues promptly.
  • Handling communication and correspondence with clients, directing inquiries to the appropriate teams.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and Founders, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.

Contractor Management:

You will work closely with our Business Operations function and clients to manage the end-to-end process of onboarding contractors to our end-clients within the portfolio. This will involve issuing contract and extension paperwork to contractors and taking ownership of the compliance function, ensuring efficient and compliant onboarding.

Internal Recruitment:

You will assist with the internal hiring process of our growing Fourteen team by drafting job specifications, communicating with candidates, and assisting with onboarding.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience within the recruitment sector.
  • Proficiency in technology tools such as Docusign, Xero, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Salary: The salary for this position is estimated to be £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
