About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Harnham, supporting a bespoke games studio on a key Games Analyst hire. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing game performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and sustain complex queries and visualisations to monitor key metrics of games
  • Analyse game performance variability to provide data-driven recommendations for decision-making
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to understand player behaviour and enhance the game experience
  • Design and evaluate the outcomes of various split-testing experiments
Requirements
  • Commercial experience using SQL (Python exposure advantageous)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Passionate about the gaming industry and football specifically
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
