We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Workshop Controller to join our team at Perfect Placement UK Ltd. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our busy workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate work to technicians within the workshop, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting customer deadlines.
- Ensure all associated administration is completed to a high standard, including accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues promptly.
- Supervise a team of vehicle technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they are working effectively and safely.
- Comply with health and safety regulations, ensuring the workshop is a safe place to work and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous working experience within a similar role, preferably in an automotive workshop environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- A full and valid UK driving licence.
