Join Our Team as a General Operative

We are seeking a skilled and motivated General Operative to join our team at First Call Contract Services. As a General Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line, working closely with our team to deliver high-quality products to our customers.

About the Role

As a General Operative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Making flower bouquets on a moving line
  • Stripping stems of leaves
  • Replenishing lines with flowers
  • Cutting stems
  • Making boxes
  • Preparing for production of glass and/or pots
  • Sleeving and/or wrapping of bouquets, boxing, strapping and bucket filling

You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. Your attention to detail and ability to work safely will be essential in this role.
