About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Supervisor to join our team at Reiss. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our stockroom, including receiving and processing stock deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and supporting our customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process stock deliveries and ensure all items are pre-retailed to the highest standard
  • Manage timely replenishment of stock throughout the day, ensuring size availability is always maintained
  • Process stock recalls back to the warehouse in line with our stock returns standards and policy
  • Process Fulfil From Store picks and prepare them for collection, ensuring our company find rate target of 90% is achieved
  • Complete Inventory scans daily and maintain stock file accuracy through regular adjustments
  • Support faulty stock management and returns
  • Ensure stockroom standards, organisation and cleanliness are maintained to support replenishment and limit stock damage
