About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Postperson with Driving. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering mail and parcels to customers across the region, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver mail and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Operate a company vehicle, adhering to safe driving practices and company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including delivery times and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Valid UK manual driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physical ability to walk and stand for long periods, working in various weather conditions
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use company systems
