We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HLTA to join our team in a primary school in Croydon. As a HLTA, you will be responsible for covering classes from Nursery to Year 6, providing effective support to students and teachers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confidently cover classes across the school, working with students from Nursery to Year 6.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons to support the needs of all pupils, adapting your approach to suit different age groups and abilities.
  • Work closely with class teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers and adjusting support strategies as needed.
Essential Qualities:
